Week 1 - Claim and Counter claim

The ball has started to roll regarding Calor's claim against GT Thermal and GT Thermal's counter claim against Calor.

The County Court system is a series of paper shuffling; the downside for GT is that the rules of the game are almost secret, invisible if nothing else. The idea behind that is to keep all those involved in the law profession nicely looked after financially.

Anyway we will fight our corner as well as we can despite the other side trying to commit us to outrageous expenses, I will keep this board updated on a week by week basis until it gets tasty, then it will probably be daily.

For anyone reading this, and in the Stoke on Trent area, the matter is scheduled to be heard sometime next March/April, I would urge any member of the public to attend as it is our determination to expose the behaviour of these people and the way they have tried to ruin us.
