Calor sent in the heavies?

As the litigation process to settle the differences between these companies is about to begin, we will give a blow by blow account.
Whatever unfolds is bound to be of interest to anyone who has dealings with either company. Calor seem to have now joined forces with Flogas to attack our business.

Calor sent in the heavies?

In April 2014 a member of GT Thermal staff was severely beaten by Calor Gas employee.

The Calor Gas employee from the Calor Centre Stoke on Trent, followed the GT Thermal employee for 16 miles before making his cowardly surprise attack, whilst the young man was still in his car and with his seat belt on, making any attempt to defend himself or retaliate impossible.

The resulting injuries caused severe bruising requiring hospital treatment and care as the incident also caused dizziness and memory loss following the shock attack.

This was a premeditated assault, but the attacker got off with a caution, suppose it helps if daddy is a copper.

Calor Gas were informed immediately of the assault but did nothing about it, it begs the question that they knew before it happened, were they complicit in any way? We may never know. We are told that the Calor employee has since been sacked for other reasons.

This highlights the bad behaviour of those concerned at Calor Gas, quite disgusting, the attacker should have been sacked immediately. Read more here:
