To whom it may concern, I wish you to understand that whilst I am temporarily restrained from physically observing any development at Moorcourt that does not mean that should any development be inappropriate it could still be a contravention which could be dealt with retrospectively, even to the point of demolition.

Therefore for those who may be under the illusion that they have 'got away with it' don't be fooled or fool yourself, the power of the covenant is immense even more so when the veil of deceit is used.
