The Grovelers - Puke bag recommended

If you haven't heard the latest then look out for the Grieving mother and the wrestler, on BBC Worldservice programme 'Outlook'. The programme was based on an interview at Moorcourt with Emily Webb, poor girl completely fooled. Don't the BBC do any research?

The interview included Peter Thornley, Lyn Rigby and Scott? The latter didn't want to be fully identified, but just for the record Scott Visotski.

So lets look at the facts, the perennial claim by Thornley that he owns the estate. Lets have an in depth look at that claim.

First off 7 people own parts of the estate, which was broken up on 1983. He [Thornley] claimed in a statement made to police the they the other 6 people own their houses on his land, totally false, all the properties were sold freehold with absolute title.

Regarding Thornley's missing finger, well just dig up any body who used to work at Jennings or Fodens and they will tell you what really happened - on the grinding machine.

Lyn Rigby said that Lee used to watch the wrestling on Saturday afternoon, I find this most intriguing, as broadcasts ended in 1985, Lee was born in 1987.

Lyn Rigby also said that footage of the murder was being shown on tv of Lee screaming, I don't remember seeing or hearing that ?

She also spoke very briefly of 'Jack' Lee Rigby's son. She, Lyn Rigby said what a good father Lee was. Now I cannot reconcile myself to that claim, when in fact Lee Rigby was estranged from his wife and 2 year old Jack. he had become engaged to another woman whilst still married to Jack's mum, Rebecca. The new woman in Lees' life said that Lee was about to change his will in her favour. I don't see any good father figure in that.

Now lets look at Scott (Visotski). Why did he not want to mention his surname? A bit of an enigma is Scott, why wont he disclose his 'military' details, why does he get shirty when he is asked, you could start by asking his fellow directors of the now defunct North Staffs Veterans Association. If Scott has experienced some traumatic event tell us the truth about it, I would be the first to support him.

The discussion continued and included the Lee Rigby House. Now it is quite clear that some people seem to have benefited from a brief stay at the house and good luck to them. But what I cannot understand is the sudden appeal on FB asking for donations with a target of £600,000. The story says that the LR Foundation, is about to lose access to the house. Somewhere along the line Thornley will claim the asset is his through one or more of his companies.

Most people familiar with this site will know that Thornley is facing a claim from HMRC regarding one company - Moorcourt Holdings Ltd (in liquidation). This claim dates back to 2010 and is for £1.4 million. However the assets from Moorcourt Holdings Ltd were stripped out of the company and replaced with an indemnity. None of the assets in Moorcourt Holdings Ltd included the Lee Rigby house (formally known as Willow view and originally the Governors House).

Perhaps someone could ask the question as it is unlikely that they would speak to me and explain what is going on.

The Lee Rigby House was not part of the assets of Moorcourt Holdings Ltd so why is it under threat? The house was refurbished to a very high standard, it was derelict beforehand. Many 10’s of thousands of pounds have been spent from donations, people have given their time money and effort for free to establish this property and is now quite valuable. Is it to be sacrificed to pay the tax bill? Another explanation might be that Thornley has simply taken it away, because he can? There could of course be some other obscure reason.

Come on all you truth seekers, ask them the question 'Why is access likely to be lost' go on ring them on 01538 702949 If I were one of those people who had worked on the project I would be demanding answers.
