Some Dodgy Conveyances detected
I've found some potentially invalid conveyances at Moorcourt, relating to property sales and ownership changes, over the last 5-10 years.
It would seem that important information in the conveyances differs from the originals. Although this could help with a sale it could be devastating in later years - for the purchasers.
The parts of the conveyances which are suspect relate to restrictive covenants, some of which are missing essential words or complete sentences.
