The Man Behind the Mask - The Book

Although the title of this topic coincides with the title of Peter Thornley's autobiography, I am sure that that is just shear coincidence.

In order for me to objectively consider this modern epic I have asked for the text to be independently reviewed.

So far it reveals a very troubled juvenile, who may never have broken free of his urge to cause pain and suffering to those who do not cow tow and become subservient to him.

Born - 19 October 1941
P.O.B. - Believed to be South Cheshire

Little is known about his activities outside the wrestling circuit, although he has been, and still is, an active company director,

MOORCOURT HOLDINGS LIMITED (03225974) - In lengthy liquidation. HMRC claiming 1.4 million pounds? Source - Companies House.

The Kendo Nagasaki Foundation, the founder and namesake recently resigned, specialising in Zen Buddhism, the Zennists are best described here:

The Kendo Ngasaki Foundation has close links to the Lee Rigby Foundation, forming the Lee Rigby Lodge.

Mr Thornley is a widower, he married a woman named Yvette Hanger a spinster in 1986, he was 44 years of age she was 73 years of age, according to the marriage certificate. Details

HE'S taken on wrestling stars Mick McManus and Big Daddy but Kendo Nagasaki is facing the biggest bout of his life in a land row with a neighbour.

Ex-grappler Nagasaki, real name Peter Thornley, is accused by housewife Amanda Randall of a 13-year campaign to drive her out of her home.

In the latest round the mum of one claims Thornley hired a JCB digger to tear down hedges and ivy covering the front of her 90-year-old Grade II listed pounds 500,000 home.

Angela said: "He claims it is enroaching on his land."

She alleges Thornley - a TV wrestling star in the 70s and 80s - has also hurled bin bags of pills and tissues into her garden and tarmaced over her drive.

But Thornley's lawyer Oliver Ball said: "You could not wish to meet a less threatening man."

Thornley, who runs Moorcourt Lodge - a care home for disabled youngsters, owns the kerb and grass verge which runs along the front of Angela's property in Farley, Alton, Staffs.

Angela and boyfriend Mark, 38, returned home to find the digger tearing down the hedge. Angela said: "I couldn't believe it. After the police arrived I picked up a bit of ivy and wept."

Further evidence of such a nice neighbour was that at East Lodge, when Thornley ordered his labourers to tear out the honeysuckle from our garden, the part which forms a radius at the east entrance to the estate, however Judge Rank sitting at County Court Stoke on Trent agreed that he was wrong and found him guilty of causing damage to our property.
