Not so Charitable CharitiesLets get something straight and clear, Mrs Rigby and Mr Thornley keep banging on about the Moorcourt estate belonging to Peter Thornley, it does not. The estate is split into 7 separate and independent ownership's and absolutely freehold. He has no manorial status whatsoever. To claim otherwise is totally untrue.
We can also reveal that property being used by The Lee Rigby Foundation has not been given to them. In a statement made and signed by Thornley for use in an aborted court case, he [Thornley] states that he retains "a Proprietary Interest in that property". What is PROPRIETARY INTEREST? The owner of a property, whether tangible or intangible, has certain rights that are accorded to them. This is a right to an advantage, share or interest in the property or an asset. Source - The Law Dictionary.
Why couldn't they portray the Brtish Army in silhouette instead of Americans? The Kendo Nagasaki Foundation and the Lee Rigby foundation have joined forces, for what aim? On the face of it they are to help ex forces to rehabilitate, I for one would fully support that help provided it is free. Lyn Rigby, founder of the Lee Rigby Foundation has confirmed on Facebook that all accommodation and treatment will be free.
In the mean time the collaborating foundations are busy suing one of the residents on the estate, a couple of elderly pensioners, apparently they are in the way of progress, they need to be removed.
Not very charitable Mrs Rigby, is that what your son would have really wanted? To destroy the lives of two old folk, one suffering the injury of service (blue light) from fifty years ago, a prolonged injury which has become incurable, and never claimed a penny in benefit.
Is that what your son would approve of Mrs Rigby?
Someone has asked if the donors to these charities are aware of how the money they have given is being used?
I think that's a fair question given that the money is supposed to be helping needy ex service personnel and their families.
Taking a couple of pensioners to court for commercial benefit is not helping anyone, apart from the owners of the properties concerned of course, the value of which will be enhanced.
Flesh and Blood
I am puzzled that such a caring person does not apparently, include her own grandson in any of these proceedings. The one and only true link to the past and her son, grandson Jack seems completely ignored as is his mum Rebecca.
Played out old has been's have more appeal, and phoney American soldiers.
Lee Rigby House and Lodge
As this project progresses to the stage where people will be invited to stay, will they be offered the same services as Kendo's other establishment, "Trades Hotel" in Blackpool, where men of all ages urinate on each other and perform other naked antics - allegedly?
The Dark history of Lee Rigby House (LRH)
In 1984, following the closure of Moorcourt as a prison, LRH was known as The Governors House. The first owners were Tommy and Marion Potter (affectionately referred to as Tommy and Tuppence), Marion, sister to David (Ernest) Johnson of The Coppice Farm.
The Potters never lived at the Governors House and eventually sold it to a Mr & Mrs Adams, several years later the Adams sold to Mrs Nan Wyant.
The following story is based on my own knowledge and supported by conversations I had on the matter with Mr and Mrs Hodgkinson late of Oaklands Bungalow and very close friends of Nan Wyant.
Several more years went by until Mrs Wyant decided to sell the Governors House, as she wanted to live with her terminally ill sister and support her in her final days.
The Governors House was valued and put up for sale, at a price of £180,000. Property was not selling well at Moorcourt as the properties owned by P Thornley were being used as part of his care home venture ‘Moorcare’. This use was quite in breach of the covenants, and caused severe strain on the roads and the general atmosphere of the estate. Peoples concerns were ignored by Thornley, to the detriment of the other property owners on the estate and the estate in general.
Mrs Wyant told me that Thornley used to sit on her garden wall staring in at her windows; she said she felt intimidated and was terrified of him.
Once she had officially put the property up for sale, I was told that Thornley made her an offer of £120,000, much below the valuation.
Mrs Wyant’s sister took a turn for the worse, which prompted her to reluctantly accept Thornley’s offer of £120.000.
Just days before contracts were due to be exchanged, Mrs Hodgkinson told me that Thornley reduced his offer to just £60,000, he said that he had had the property tested for red ash deposits which he [Thornley] claimed proved positive.
Mrs Wyant’s desperate position left her with no choice but to accept this derisory offer.
Since then the property has been known as Willow View, with the land to the east being separated and at one point in time was registered to a Rosamond McDonald.
As we all know the house has been extensively altered, through, it is claimed, the efforts of volunteers and donations of materials and artefacts, with the value of the property appreciating in the process.
On the face of it the property is used for ‘charitable’ purposes, however the effect is adverse to others with a vested interest in the estate due to the extra traffic generated for business purposes. All of this is in breach of the covenants which affect everyone and the whole of Moorcourt.
Where is the value to the community? There isn’t any.
There are three properties acquired by Thornley on the east side of the Moorcourt estate I have deliberately left out The Croft, as I don’t consider this as a dwelling. However all the other three properties have a dark history and have been so acquired under some form of duress.
South View came into his [Thornley’s] possession following arguments with the owner Mrs Ann Mason, whose husband was estranged at the time, and following his sudden and tragic death, Mrs Mason sold South View.
The Woodlands was owned by Mr and Mrs Sargeant. They had been embroiled in the same heated discussions with Thornley as Mrs Mason had been, something to do with kicking out the elderly residents of Moorside Lodge to make way for the more lucrative angle of people with ‘learning difficulties’. This resulted in Mr Sergeant being handed an injunction to silence him (for apparently speaking the truth). This forced the Sergeants to sell up to another young family, who, mysteriously, didn’t stay for long – the property eventually going to Thornley.
I don’t think that I could be comfortable living in the former Governors House knowing the way that Mrs Wyant had been treated, nor would I be keen to live at South View or The Woodlands. There is sadness in and about them all. They are all stained by the way they were obtained.
“Never steal an advantage, it will come back and bite you”.
Out of all the houses acquired by Thornley on the Moorcourt Estate, how many were subjected to litigation or threats or have some dark shadow over them prior to his acquisition? ALL OF THEM! These properties have a dark past and a darker future, stained with evil. People call it business; I call it bad business.
Remember the Living
As the time comes ever closer to the grand opening of the Lee Rigby House, spare a thought for Rebecca, Lee Rigby's estranged wife (at the time of his death) and their son Jack, neither of whom figure in any of these events.
At last someone cares
The son of Lee Rigby is ignored yet again
The Lee Rigby House was officially opened at Moorcourt today October 8 2017, the absence of Jack and his mother Rebecca obviously ignored on this most auspicious occasion.
However the six year old Jack attended a get together organised by Prince Harry, despite Lee Rigby leaving the family home when Jack was just 2 years of age, Lee Rigby;s widow continues to do all she can for Jack, he is a credit to her.
According the sources available on the internet, Lee Rigby left his wife and became engaged to another member of his unit, according to that person Lee Rigby was to alter his will in the new ladies favour, not nice that. What is a hero?
There is a lot of talk about 'heroes' and what constitutes a 'hero', one definition:
“A person who is admired for their courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.” (Definition taken from the internet.)
Lets take a look at a local hero
Gordon C Hodgkinson, late of Oaklands Bungalow, Moorcourt.
Following his captivity at the hands of the Japanese in WW11, Gordon was awarded the Burma Star.
Through all the years I knew Mr Hodgkinson, he never mentioned his experiences, although he made it quite clear on several occasions what he thought of the Japanese.
So how does Gordon fit into the above definition?
He most certainly had courage, no doubt he achieved what he set out to achieve. He had noble qualities, by displaying his unselfishness and despite his ordeal he got on with life without bleating.
A real hero with the strength of character I admired. Admiration to such an extent I promised Gordon that I would do what I could to protect Moorcourt and to keep it unmolested. I have kept my word and will continue to do so.
Yet a most definitive story of 3 heroes and how we, the British not the US obtained the Enigma files.

Disgusting Paedophile Connections
An article printed in the Blackpool Gazette, reports how a paedophile was arrested at Trades Hotel in Blackpool, Philip Willows was found in possession of child pornography whilst staying as a guest at the hotel.
Trades Hotel is owned by Jemgold Hotels Ltd, the directors are P W Thornley (aka Kendo Nagasaki) Allan Moss, Lawrence Stevens, Rosamund Faith Macdonald, all of whom have connections with the Kendo Nagasaki Foundation and the Lee Rigby Foundation, some of these people are also trustees of both charities.
On the Trades Hotel website it says:
"Since November 2004, Trades Hotel has been owned and operated by JemGold Hotels Ltd., a gay organization committed to maintaining the traditions of Trades,"
The article can be found here:
https://www.blackpoolgazette.co.uk/news ... -1-8811948
In my opinion, anyone linked to these organisations should be thoroughly ashamed.
Philip Willows got off with just a community sentence and rehab, but is Philip Willows his real or only name, according to the UK and Ireland database it's the same persons image under another name was jailed for 3 years for molesting 10 year old girls, this would need further investigation.
Wfillows has obviously got a problem, he admits to such, is that the case for all these people?
https://leics.police.uk/news-appeals/ne ... x-offences
The question is, was Willows at Trades to distribute his images to like minded paedophiles?
Another article in the same paper links yet another associate of those mentioned above for dealing in Class A drugs, the link is here:

An explanation of 'Trade or Trades', can be read here:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trade_(gay_slang)
it also explains the language and behaviour of these people, such as 'rough trade' particularly aimed at the lower classes, including but not limited to, builders, plumbers, labourers, gardeners etc., not being openly gay and potentially subject to gay activity of a violent nature.
One word in particular is 'Polari' an extract from the Wikipedia site says:
Polari (or alternatively Parlare, Parlary, Palare, Palarie, Palari; from Italian parlare, "to talk") is a form of cant slang used in Britain by some actors, circus and fairground showmen, professional wrestlers, merchant navy sailors, criminals, prostitutes, and the gay subculture. There is some debate about its origins,[3] but it can be traced back to at least the 19th century and possibly the 16th century.[4] There is a long-standing connection with Punch and Judy street puppet performers who traditionally used Polari to converse.[5]

An article in the News of the World, regarding a young man named John Griffiths, an ex boyfriend of Peter Thornley (aka Kendo Nagasaki), it was reported that Thornley had been violent towards Griffiths, saying "he [Thornley/Kendo] likes to beat his boyfriends".

Two Faced?
It's sickening to see people like Sarah O'connor and Pamela Crawford, who on the face of it cannot afford to travel to the Lee Rigby House, they both sound like they need a break. Then on the other hand we see people in Range Rovers, and top of the range Mercedes parked in the driveway at LRH, if looks do not deceive then why not take advantage of a free break. Two faced or what?
To be continued................
