A Gentle Reminder

I would like to remind 'everyone residing at Moorcourt that one of the restrictive covenants prohibits the use of residential premises for business use.

As of today it is noted that several businesses are not only registered at Moorcourt, but are actively operated from private residencies. Registration only is not deemed a breach.

When property is acquired at Moorcourt we all agree to abide by, and not to breach any of the restrictive covenants, along with other restrictions, most notably any activity that becomes or could grow to become a nuisance or disturbance to others on the estate. To do so and hope to get away with it, reflects the true intention of the individual/s, who are basically cheating and lying at the expense of others.

As my mother always said, a thief is worth more than a liar.

There is currently a betrayal of trust.
